The exhibition center itself revolves around the concept of creating a transition between the historic and the contemporary. There are three terracing exhibition spaces, all at altering heights with functional rooms below. The variation in heights – from eight to ten to twelve feet – allows for guests to experience the building in different ways by providing distinct views of the center exhibits in each wing. 
These two separate wings are connected at the second-floor terrace spaces by the main skybridge, which acts as the sole method of circulation between the two buildings.
